This program is a testament to NBTS’s vision of building not only a technically proficient but also an ethically driven and community-responsive blood service network. By nurturing the development of both hard and soft skills among frontline staff, the NBTS continues to lay the foundation for a safer and more effective transfusion system across Sri Lanka.
